Every piece we list has been unboxed, photographed, and hand-inspected in our warehouse by the Modern Outlet team. We tag each item with a condition code (below) so you can buy confidently, whether it’s a pristine icon or a project piece begging for a weekend refresh.

Pristine

Factory-fresh quality. Never put into service; handled only for inspection or photography.

Open Box – Excellent

Packaging opened, but the piece shows virtually no signs of handling.

Floor Sample – Very Good

Displayed briefly in a showroom; minimal wear, subtle signs of use.

Gently Used – Good

Light everyday use; purely cosmetic marks visible on close inspection.

Well Loved – Fair

Noticeable wear but structurally sound—perfect for high-traffic or creative spaces.

Project Piece – As-Is

Needs repair, parts, or creative up-cycling—priced for DIY enthusiasts.

  • Crisp fabric, zero pilling, no creasing
  • Untouched wiring; mounting hardware bag still sealed
